Shipping Policy

At Elarivelle Co., we hand-select each piece in our collection and partner with trusted U.S.-based brands and fulfillment partners to deliver your order directly to your door.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Estimates Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Some items may have a different estimate, which will be noted on the product page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout before payment.

Multiple Packages Because our pieces come from different partner brands, your order may arrive in more than one package. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Delays If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel your order for a full, prompt refund.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us right away if you notice an error. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
